The Memory Spa doesn’t have a list of activities, we create opportunities for engagement.  With engagement comes flow, that feeling of losing yourself in the time because you are so involved in what is going on around you.  People who experience flow are: happier, concentrate better, and report higher levels of overall life satisfaction.
